  GLOBAL JOURNAL OF REPRODUCTIVE MEDICINE -JUNIPER PUBLISHERS Sertoli-Leydig cell tumour is an exceptionally discerned, ovarian neoplasm composed of sex cord or Sertoli cells admixed with stromal component expounded by Leydig cells. Sertoli-Leydig cell tumour may occur in association with DICER1 syndrome or emerge as a sporadic phenomenon. Sertoli-Leydig cell tumour manifests as well differentiated, moderately differentiated or intermediate grade and poorly differentiated neoplasms. Additionally, categories such as Sertoli-Leydig cell tumour with heterologous elements or retiform variant of Sertoli-Leydig cell tumour may be expounded. The most important measure to control this pandemic is vaccination and to follow public health measures like wearing facemasks, maintaining social distancing, and hygiene. Over the last one-year, numerous vaccines have been formulated under rigorous regulatory rules globally. During the process of vaccine development, antenatal and breastfeeding women were not included in vaccine research trials, even though they were at increased risk of developing severe COVID-19 infection in comparison to non-pregnant women. We hereby report a case of successful management of POSEIDON 4 patient, who underwent an individualized GnRH antagonist protocol. Case Presentation: : A 36-year-old woman presented with primary infertility for 10 years. She had undergone multiple cycles of ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination previously. She had previous one IVF failure. Post COVID lockdown, patient was a POSEIDON 4 group patient who underwent second IVF cycle. Three grade 4 oocytes were retrieved after dual trigger.   GLOBAL JOURNAL OF REPRODUCTIVE MEDICINE- JUNIPER PUBLISHERS Abstract This article presents a case report of a primary infertility patient diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI), who failed three attempts of IVF and two IUI treatments. After which acupuncture was used as a treatment and produced a successful IVF. The patient, a 36-year-old woman, presented at our clinic with high FSH 35, low AMH <0.1, AFC 4, and primary infertility for more than 1.5 years. She wanted to improve her ovarian reserve, egg quality, and her chances of successful IVF. The patient received 27 acupuncture treatments over the course of 8 months, which resulted in pregnancy. This case suggests that acupuncture is an effective treatment for IVF patients with POI.   GLOBAL JOURNAL OF REPRODUCTIVE MEDICINE-JUNIPER PUBLISHERS Abstract Objective : It remains to be clarified whether prolonged Gonadotrophin-Releasing Hormone agonist (GnRHa) administration before frozen embryo transfer to patients with and without endometrioma resection improves reproductive outcome. This study was designed to investigate freeze-all cycles with subsequent prolonged GnRHa administration in patients with and without endometrioma surgery. Method : A total of 164 patients with complaints of infertility and diagnosed with endometrioma were included in this case controlled study. Endometrioma resection was performed in 65 out of 164 women and then Controlled Ovarian Stimulation (COS) was performed (Group 1).
