Although underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood genetic background, anatomical aberrations, incompetence of venous valves, difference between the drainage of left and right testicular veins were suggested in the etiology [1]. As left spermatic vein being longer than the right vein, it is more commonly incurred to increased hydrostatic pressure and dilatation. Compression of the left renal vein between the aorta and the superior mesenteric artery may also contribute to the disturbed intravenous pressure [2]. The prevalence of varicocele varies between 15-20 % in general population and 30-40% in infertile men, and 11-19% of adolescents [3-6].
